Questions
Do I need a table saw?
No. A circular saw with a straight-edge guide, or a hand saw, is enough. You also need a drill/driver, a countersink bit, a tape measure, a square, two clamps and wood glue. A jigsaw helps with the shelf notches.
Do I get both inch and metric?
Yes. One purchase includes two PDF files: the inch edition (US Letter, 4 / 6 / 8 ft) and the metric edition (A4, 1200 / 1800 / 2400 mm). Each uses standard lumber for its region.
Will anything be shipped?
No. This is a digital download. Free updates of the plans can be downloaded from your Etsy Purchases page too.
Can I sell the benches I build?
Yes, build as many as you like and sell them. Please do not share, resell or redistribute the PDF files or the drawings.
How much weight does it hold?
I give no load rating, because it depends on your lumber, your screws and your casters.
What I used, how long it took, and the mistakes I made building the 4 ft version from my own plans.
